Chiefs travel to Red Wing on Friday, Wanamingo on Saturday for Weekend Townball

The Winona Chiefs (5-9) have an action-packed weekend on the road. With an exhibition matchup tonight against the Red Wing Aces (16-7).

The Chiefs are looking to get their second road victory in row after their 10-6 win against the Plainview Bucks on Sunday. So far in 2026, the Chiefs have yet to pick up a non-league victory, they are looking to do so on Friday against the Aces.

Coverage will start at 7:15 on The Fan – Winona. First pitch at 7:30 P.M.

On Saturday, the Chiefs travel to Wanamingo for their Twin Rivers League matchup against the Jacks (3-8).

The previous matchup between Winona and Wanamingo was called due to weather on June 5. The game was tied 2-2 in the bottom of the fourth inning before a downpour ended the events at Gabrych. The Chiefs want to continue their momentum in league play against the Jacks on Saturday afternoon at Veterans Memorial Field.

Pregame begins at 1:45 P.M. on KWMN. First pitch at 2.
