(MNN)-A nationwide effort to encourage rural voters to head to the polls is making four stops in Minnesota ahead of Tuesday’s election. Will Westmoreland, founder of Back Forty Action, is bringing his Back Forty Battleground Tour to Winona and Rochester today, followed by Fergus Falls and Moorhead Saturday. The tour aims to increase rural voter turnout and highlight issues facing agricultural communities. Westmoreland says he has held more than 130 town halls across 13 states in this election cycle.
