WAPS seeking community members to serve on various committees

(KWNO)-Winona Area Public Schools is inviting community members to get involved and help shape the work of the district by serving on a WAPS committee. Participation helps ensure discussions include a variety of viewpoints and supports thoughtful, well-rounded decisions that improve the experience for students, families, staff and the broader WAPS community.

Several district committees are currently seeking community representatives, including:

  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee

  • Curriculum Advisory Committee

  • Special Education Advisory Committee

  • Staff Development Advisory Committee

  • Continuing Education Committee

Those interested can complete the WAPS Committee Interest Form at waps.pub/committees and indicate which committees they would be interested in joining.
