(KWNO)-A Winona man is dead after crashing his car into a dump truck on Monday morning in Utica Township. According to the Winona County Sheriff’s Office, 69-year-old Ronald Leuhmann of Lewiston was driving a dump truck that had stopped with other traffic in a construction zone on County Road 29. A second vehicle, driven by 43-year-old Zackary Wayne Ford of Winona struck the rear of the dump truck. Ford was unresponsive and not breathing when first responders arrived. Life-saving measures were performed at the scene, but Ford was later pronounced dead.
