(KWNO)-The Winona Family YMCA is offering an opportunity for kids to discover one of America’s fastest-growing sports. The new Youth Pickleball League invites youth in grades 3–6 to play pickleball this summer. The league runs Saturdays, July 18 through August 15, 2026, from 10-11:30am at the Winona Family YMCA.
Each session includes 45 minutes of skill development—covering serving, rallying, court movement, and strategy—followed by 45 minutes of league match play.
Designed for both beginners and young players looking to build their skills, the league provides a fun, welcoming environment where participants will learn fundamentals, gain confidence, and enjoy friendly competition.
The cost is $95 for YMCA members and $115 for non-members. The YMCA offers financial assistance to help ensure every child has the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances.
