(KWNO)-The City of Winona has received confirmation that the necessary requirements to open the Aquatic Center to the public have been met and the pool will open on Tuesday, June 30. Today all swimming lessons and programs will be at St. Mary’s Pool and there will not be open or lap swim. Starting tomorrow all lessons and programs will shift to the Bob Welch Aquatic Center and regular hours will resume, according to a press release from the City of Winona.
