The Lancers retook the lead in the top of the third, and then increased after a solo homerun from Maddux Tomten in the top of the fourth. The Ramblers responded in a big way, scoring four on three hits, including an RBI double from Dane Guzzo. After drawing to within two after the Guzzo double, Kriedermacher would reach on a walk, with Lewi Shira scoring him with a signle. Shira would be the eventual game-winner, scoring on two wild-pitches and a fielder’s choice.
Guzzo would enter the game on the mound in the top of the fourth, going two-and-a-third innings, allowing now hits, no runs, and striking out three, including the final out of the game.
