(KWNO)-Fire damaged a house Friday night on the 30 block of Emherst Street in Winona. According to the Winona Fire Department, three occupants, including a wheelchair bound person, got out safely. The fire was extinguished quickly; the kitchen sustained moderate damage. There were no reported injuries, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
