(KWNO)-A man fell through the ice on Spring Lake in Buffalo City on Wednesday afternoon. According to the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office, two bystanders pulled 71-year-old Daniel Keller from the water using ropes before emergency responders arrived. Keller was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries. Officials are reminding everyone to be cautious this time of year because early winter ice is unpredictable.
