(KWNO)-A portion of Winona County Road 26 will close for construction on November 10th. The closure will be just east of the intersection with County Road 114 which is about two-and-half miles east of State Highway 74 in Elba, according to the Winona County Highway Department. The road will be closed in both directions and remain closed throughout the time of construction. No detour routes will be posted.
