(KWNO)-Twelve Winona Senior High School students were inducted into the Spanish Honor Society, which promotes Spanish language and culture. Honor Society members have taught Spanish in Winona elementary schools and provided Spanish tutoring at the high school. To be inducted into the Spanish Honor Society, Winona High students must be enrolled in the fourth level of Spanish or higher, have an A-average in all Spanish classes and an overall B- average. This is the 15th year for the Spanish Honor Society at WSHS. New members include Diana Mendez, Azure Davis Ripley, Kirsten Hillery, Claire Gilmer, Maya Martinez, Kedrick Boucek, Elias Fernandez-Greene, Anilise Helgeson, Tabby Mulkey, Jolie Hill, Teagen Berzinski and Gavin Clemons.
