(KWNO)-A head-on crash on Highway 43 sent five people to the hospital. According to the State Patrol accident report, a van collided with an SUV on Tuesday morning in Wilson Township near I-90. The van was occupied by four people, all of whom went to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the SUV was also not seriously hurt. The Winona County Sheriff’s Office, Lewiston Ambulance, Winona Ambulance and Wilson Fire were all on the scene.
