(KWNO)-Winona Area Public Schools, Winona County and Winona Health are teaming up to offer flu vaccination clinics for students. The clinics will be October 27th at Winona Middle School and October 28th at the Winona Senior High School Community Annex Building. A registration and consent form has to be filled out and returned to your child’s school health office by Monday, October 20th. Appointments will be billed to insurance, and health information will be added to your student’s electronic medical record. For more information, contact Winona Area Public Schools.
