(KWNO)-Winona Police on Tuesday arrested three people they first saw coming out of a known drug house. An officer saw 37-year-old Elizabeth Shelley and two other people come out of the residence in the 400 block of Mankato Avenue and get into a car. The officer knew Shelley didn’t have a valid license and pulled over the vehicle near 8th Street and High Forest Street. A search of the vehicle found cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine, clonazepam and drug paraphernalia. Shelley and her two passengers, 49-year-old Erin Beirne and 47-year-old Aaron Devorak were arrested on drug charges.
