(KWNO)-A car stolen near the Winona State University campus was recovered in Hokah and one of the alleged thieves arrested. According to a WPD spokesperson, the car was parked in the 400 block of Winona Street in the early morning hours on Monday when two people smashed the window and stole it. On Monday afternoon, a Houston County deputy found the car at Kwik Trip in Hokah. Inside the store the deputy made contact with 18-year-old Jeremy Doby who admitted to stealing the car. The second suspect is still at large.
