(KWNO)-The Winona County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who allegedly exposed himself to boaters. A person reported he was on the water with two juveniles Saturday evening when a man in a pontoon boat exposed his genitals and butt to them. They followed the man to the Minnesota City Boat Club where the victims and alleged exposer got into a “heated back-and-forth” according to a WCSO spokesperson. The spokesperson also said investigators have identified the alleged exposer but are still trying to locate him.
