Pete Davidson, the famously funny SNL gem, is officially stepping into fatherhood. Pete and his model‑actor girlfriend Elsie Hewitt are expecting their first child together, confirmed July 16 on Hewitt’s Instagram with ultrasound photos and a not‑so‑subtle caption reading “welp now everyone knows we had sex”.
The couple originally started dating around March 2025 during a PDA‑filled vacation and moved in together a couple months later, splitting their time between upstate New York and Brooklyn.
They made their red carpet debut at the Blossom Ball in May, and most recently showed up at the The Pickup premiere in Los Angeles on July 27, Hewitt flaunted her baby bump in a sleek black dress while Davidson laid some sweet PDA on the red carpet.

At that event, Pete opened up to E! News about fatherhood: He said he feels “very, very happy” and sees this as his dream coming true, now ready to give his child “the childhood I didn’t have”.
He also praised advice from pals like Adam Sandler, Colin Jost, and Machine Gun Kelly, MGK even joked that their families will be having playdates soon.
While no official due date’s been released, insiders say the baby is expected this winter, just months after Pete confirmed his longtime wish to become a dad.
