(KWNO)-The annual hydrant flushing program will begin on May 1 in Winona and last through the end of the month. The Water Department is advising residents could experience a decrease in water pressure and some discoloration of the water during
this process. The pressure drop and discoloration should be temporary. If discoloration persists run the cold water tap until the water clears.
