(KWNO)-A Stockton man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl. Winona County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the Stockton trailer park and arrested 33-year-old Nicholas Burth. A WCSO spokesperson said the victim is Burth’s stepdaughter and there may have been “several encounters” over an undetermined amount of time.
