(KWNO)-According to a post on Winona County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, Interstate 90 westbound is closed from Nodine to Ridgeway because of a jackknifed semi-truck. The post was made around 10:30 a.m. The WCSO says “roads are slippery and visibility is low.” Blowing and drifting snow is expected to impact travel for most of the day in the greater Winona area.
