(KWNO)-A UW-La Crosse student is facing felony charges of sexual assault. According to the criminal complaint, 19-year-old Logan Zdanowicz on Saturday was drinking with a group of people at a bar and later ended up at UW-L dorm room. A woman with the group apparently passed out and woke up to find Zdanowicz in her room. She said Zdanowicz had nonconsensual sex with her and she was too weak to fight back. When asked if the victim was in a state to consent Zdanowicz told investigators, “Probably not, no, we were both pretty drunk.” Zdanowicz is charged with second-degree sex assault of an intoxicated victim.
