(KWMN)- The Gopher Men became just the second Big Ten team to sweep their west coast trip as they finished off UCLA in a comeback effort earlier this week.
Last Saturday, they topped USC in a similar fashion, as they know sit in the drivers seat to solidify a spot in the Big Ten tournament. Two crucial opponents lie ahead with Penn State tomorrow, and Northwestern next week. Gophers currently are a breath ahead of both teams in the standings, but there’s plenty of time in the season for the PSU and NU to make a comeback in the standings.
Saturday’s game with the Nittany Lions tips off at 1:00 p.m. with our coverage beginning at 12:30 p.m. only on the Winona Sports Network.
