(KWNO)-A semi-truck stolen in Monroe County, Wisconsin was found in Saint Charles. A Winona County Sheriff’s Offices spokesperson said the truck’s GPS was pinging at Love’s Truck Stop and deputies found it there around 1:50 a.m. on Tuesday. They arrested 42-year-old Keith Michael Lee of Rapid City, SD for being in possession of a stolen vehicle. The spokesperson didn’t know what if anything was in the truck. Lee may also be charged in Wisconsin.
