(KWNO)-The Black Horse Bar and Grill in Winona may be a total loss after an early morning fire on Friday. The fire was reported around 3:00 a.m. on Friday by a person living in an apartment attached to the building. A witness on the scene told KWNO the building was entirely engulfed in flames. A Winona County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said nine fire departments responded to the blaze and fire investigators were on their way to the scene. The person living in the building got out safely.
