Winona Winhawk Boys Look to Build on First Win of Season as Rival Austin Comes to Town, Other Area Scores and Schedules on the Hardwood

(KWMN)- The Winhawk boys basketball team will ready for Big Nine rival, Austin High School later tonight as they look to build off their first win of the season over the weekend.

Tonight’s tip is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. with coverage beginning at 7:15 p.m. on the Winona Sports Network, FM 99.3 and streaming live online right here at winonaradio.com and on the Winona Radio App.

On Saturday, the Winhawks found their first win of the season in the form of a 63-61 victory over Red Wing. Austin will provide a formidable yet attainable challenge later tonight, as the Packers enter the matchup at 6-6 on the year and 3-5 in conference play.

The Winhawks sit at 1-11, and 1-7 in the Big Nine Conference.
