(KWMN)- The Gopher Football team will look four-win number four in a row this Saturday when they travel to Champaign, Illinois to face off with the Fightin Illini.
The 6-2 Illini are fresh off a bad loss to #1 Oregon, 38-9, while the Gophers enter the tilt at 5-3 and looking for their first win vs. a ranked opponent on the season. They’ll also try and break a three-game losing streak to Illinois.
Kickoff slated for 11:00 a.m. with our coverage beginning at 8:00 a.m. with the Gopher coaches show only on the Winona Sports Network, FM 99.3.
Voice of the Gophers, Mike Grimm, joined Upon Further Review to discuss last week’s stomping of Maryland, and how they get a win on the road this Saturday.
