(KWNO)-A Rochester man is dead following a motorcycle crash near Saint Charles on Thursday evening. According to the State Patrol, the motorcycle was northbound on Highway 74 in Saratoga Township when it left the roadway and crashed. The driver, 61-year-old Ross Stensrud, was not wearing a helmet and alcohol was a factor in the crash, according to the accident report.
