A Tomah man is under arrest for a cold case murder in Monroe County. Monroe County District Attorney Kevin Croninger announced Tuesday that 60-year-old Michael Popp will face murder charges in the 1985 death of Terry Dolowy of Barre Mills.
DNA evidence on Dolowy’s body at the time of her death was linked to Popp last year. Popp was interviewed around the time of Dolowy’s murder, but police did not follow up at that time. Popp is being held on a million dollars cash bond.
