(KWNO)-Two teenagers were allegedly driving under the influence and harassing another motorist. Winona County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Sunday around 1:00 a.m. contacted a man near Highway 61 and 44th Avenue in Goodview who said two vehicles were tailgating him and driving aggressively. While the man was talking to deputies, he saw the two vehicles pull into a nearby parking lot. Deputies questioned the drivers, a 17-year-old male and 16-year-old male, and suspected both were under the influence. The 17-year-old was cited for underage drinking and driving. Citations against the 16-year-old are pending the result of a blood test. A 16-year-old passenger was also cited for underage drinking.
