(KWNO)-The Great River Shakespeare Festival is partnering with the City of Winona to manage the second and third floors of the Masonic Theatre. According to city staff, GRSF and the Frozen River Film Festival will use the theatre for 22 weeks a year. The other 32 weeks the theatre will be open for public use. The Masonic Theatre is in downtown Winona and currently undergoing renovations through 2024.
