(KWNO)-Butter makes everything better and having your image carved in butter is as smooth as it gets. Katie Ketchum represented Winona County as a Princess Kay of the Milky Way finalist and had her likeness carved in butter at the Minnesota State Fair.

Nine county dairy princesses from throughout Minnesota competed for the Princess Kay of the Milky Way title. Rachel Visser from Hutchinson, Minn., representing McLeod County, was crowned the 71st dairy princess. Ketchum, from Altura, was selected as runner-up and also named a scholarship winner.
