Treedome and WINONArts Announce Lake Park Drive in Series Lineup

WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-Treedome and WINONArts are partnering up once again to deliver the Lake Park Drive in Music and Movies series.  

The event started last year as a way for residents to gather outside safely in the era of COVID-19. This year will double the four events held last year.  

It gets started on May 29 with music from Annie Mack followed by a showing of Westside Story. The music starts at 7 p.m. and the movies begin at 9 p.m.  

Reservations for vehicle spots and bench seating are required. Organizers say the event is free but are encouraging $10 donations to keep the series going.

6/25-Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse with Wurk

7/17-Rear Window with Chris Koza

7/24-The Goonies with Mae Simpson and Wheel of Fortune

8/14-Raya and the Last Dragon with Keston Wright and Fires of Denmark

8/28-Rogue One: A Star Wars Story with TheShackletons and Hyooman

9/11-Shrek with Kiss the Tiger and Sawyers Dream
