(KWNO)-The DFL primary for Minnesota House District 26A was decided by just 164 votes. Sarah Kruger beat Dwayne Voegeli and will face Aaron Repinski in the general election in November. Repinski secured the Republican primary with 87% of the vote.
Kruger ran for Minnesota Senate in 2020 and is the chief of staff for the ranked choice voting advocacy group FairVote Minnesota. Repinski is a Winona City Council member and local business owner.
