(KWNO)-A woman pushing her two-year-old in a stroller was allegedly threatened by a passerby. A Winona Police spokesperson said the woman was walking near the intersection of Mankato Avenue and 9th Street around 8:40 p.m. Shane Michael Oevering was walking in the opposite direction and according to the spokesperson told the woman he would “hit her in the head hard.” The woman contacted police who found Oevering near Mankato and 4th and cited him for disorderly conduct. Oevering denied threatening the woman.
