(KWNO)-Pretrial hearings for Adam Fravel are set and will take place in Winona County Court. Fravel’s trial will be outside Winona County after his attorneys successfully argued Fravel could not receive a fair trial here due to media coverage of the case. But the pretrial proceedings will be in Winona County on September 3-4. Fravel is facing first-degree murder charges in the death of Madeline Kingsbury, his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his two children. He remains in jail. The venue for a jury trial is still being determined by the court system.
