(KWNO)-A Melrose man is in custody and charged with murder in Trempealeau County. The Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday arrested 61-year-old Todd E. Gieck for First Degree Reckless Homicide, First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. The victim is 36-year-old Kyle Dahl of Ettrick. Investigators found Dahl dead last month at the site of car accident and deemed the death suspicious. Gieck is being held in the Trempealeau County Jail.
