(KWNO)-The Winona Steamboat Days Festival is looking for its captain and first mate. The contest will be held in conjunction with the Winona Park and Rec Kiddie Parade on June 14. To qualify contestants have to be 4 to 7 years old on or before June 1, be residents of Winona and available for the Kiddie Parade on June 14 and the Grand Parade on June 16. Each entry must be for two children and previous winners are not eligible. All entries are due by May 28. For more information go to the Winona Steamboat Days website.
