(KWNO)-The Cotter High School speech team talked its way to the state tournament. The Rambler orators were crowned Section 1 champions recently and will compete at the state competition this weekend in Shakopee. Cotter won the section by one point, bringing home its first section title in more than a decade. Six students won individual section titles as well. Listed below are all the students advancing to state.
