(KWNO)-Winona County Board Chairman Dwayne Voegeli will run for the Minnesota House of Representatives. Voegeli announcing his bid for House District 26A, which is currently represented by Gene Pelowski. Pelowski recently announced he will not seek re-election. Voegeli has been a teacher in Winona for almost 30 years and has served on the county board for 10. Voegeli is seeking the DFL endorsement.
