WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-Two passengers were injured and a cab driver was arrested following a crash in Winona Sunday night.
Police responded to the report of a crash at the 500 block of West 5th St. Officers say an Economy cab struck a parked pickup truck.
The passengers, 29-year-old Cain M. Grisham and 24-year-old Lily P. Elliot, both of Winona, were taken to Winona Health for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The cab driver was arrested on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence.
Police say charges are pending the results of a blood test.
