(KWNO)-The 10 Days of Giving food drive collected more than 22,000 pounds of food. This is the 35th year for the food drive that supports food shelf programs at Winona Volunteer Services. Over those three-and-a-half decades more than 4 million pounds of food has been collected. This year the drive also saw more than $119,000 in cash donations. The 10 Days of Giving food drive is an annual community collaboration between Merchants Bank and WVS to make sure no one in Winona County goes hungry each winter.

(KWNO)-An ATM theft on Friday at a Winona bank netted thieves $37K. According to a WPD spokesperson, the incident may be related to similar recent ATM thefts in Holmen and La Crosse. Investigators are waiting for video from the bank.
