(KWNO)-Free admission to the Winona County History Center on Sunday gives visitors the opportunity to learn about the rich history of Winona at no cost. The history center provides a journey through the centuries, educating and entertaining visitors through exhibits and art. Hours on Sunday are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
