(KWNO)-A Winona man arrested on Saturday has been causing trouble in downtown for the last week, according to police.
55-year-old Michael Zvirblis was arrested for disorderly conduct and a police spokesperson says they’ve received more than 12 calls about him over the last five days. Zvirblis has allegedly been harrasing people in the downtown area, entering businesses he’s banned from, banging on car windows and threatening to assault people, including police officers. Law enforcement believes Zvirblis is usually intoxicated and he told officers on Saturday he was “trying to drink until he was sleepy.” A portable alchohol breath test indicated Zvirblis was nearly three times the legal limit.
