(KWNO)-Two people walked out of Target in Winona with a shopping cart full of merchandise but they didn’t get far. Julie and Michael Heller allegedly loaded up a cart and left the store without paying but Target workers stopped them in the parking lot and called police. The Red Wing couple was cited by officers and released. A police spokesperson didn’t know the total value of the merchandise as of this writing.
