(KWNO)-A new youth center in Winona opens this Wednesday. The Impact Center is a free youth center for K-12 students in the greater Winona area. Kids are welcome to drop in for homework assistance, snacks and “nightly devotions focused on basic Christian principles.”
Impact Center Executive Director John Mullen says center’s services will also include field trips and assisting students in finding part-time jobs. The Impact Center is located at 66 East 2nd Street and open Monday through Friday 2:30-6:30 p.m.
