(KWNO)-A free event at Merrick State Park will provide visitors with a Saturday night under the stars. Professor Jennifer Anderson from Winona State University will lead the event. Anderson will have her telescope at the ready to help people check out stars and meteors and other wonderments of the summer night sky. A valid Wisconsin State Park pass is required to enter the park. The event starts at 7:00 p.m.
