(KWNO)-A non-profit that helps first responders and veterans is coming through Winona County next week on a bike tour. Project Hero aims to help veterans and first responders recover from PTSD and other injuries and raise awareness. The Great Lakes Challenge is a fund-raising bike tour that goes from Minneapolis to Madison, Wisconsin. On Wednesday, August 23 around 11:45 a.m. the tour will be making a rest stop at B and B’s Fremont Store in Utica.
