(KWNO)-The Winona City Council is discussing how to regulate where cannabis and cannabis related products can be used in the city. The council didn’t come to decision at its latest meeting but several proposals were discussed and will be revisited soon. Mayor Scott Sherman joined KWNO to discuss how marijuana might be regulated in the city and some of the challenges facing local cities and municipalities as they navigate the new law.
