(KWNO)- The Winona Public Library will no longer impose fines on all materials in its collection.
Library leaders made the announcement Wednesday. Patrons are still responsible for returning all materials within 30 days of the return date or they will be charged a replacement fee.
The rule change does not apply to fines and fees on materials collected through the SELCO system. Earlier this week, the Library announced a timeline to further reopen to the public.
