(KWNO)-The Justice Bus will be in Winona County Wednesday and Thursday. The legal office on wheels is operated by Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services (SMRLS) and travels around southern and southeastern Minnesota providing free legal advice. The Justice Bus will be in Saint Charles on Wednesday afternoon, Rushford on Thursday morning and La Crescent on Thursday afternoon. You can find more information on the SMRLS Facebook page.
